Health & Safety Guidance

Every pack and every Premium session is built around the same three checkpoints — before, during and after. Use this guidance alongside your own duty-of-care procedures.

Before
Prepare the room and the body
  • Check the space is clear of trip hazards and has enough room per participant
  • Confirm any relevant health conditions or injuries with participants
  • Run a 5–8 minute warm-up that raises heart rate and mobilises major joints
  • Explain pacing — participants should be able to hold a conversation during the warm-up
During
Monitor pace and form
  • Demonstrate each station before the round begins
  • Watch for breakdown in form as fatigue increases — cue a regression where needed
  • Keep water accessible and encourage sips during rest intervals
  • Offer a lower-impact alternative for every high-impact station
After
Cool down and check in
  • Finish with a few minutes of the Recovery series — stretches and breathing
  • Check in with participants on how the session felt
  • Note any niggles or modifications for next session
  • Encourage rehydration and a balanced meal within the next two hours
Standards of Practice

General Guidance

  • Always work within your scope of practice and local guidelines for group exercise
  • Screen new participants using a standard health questionnaire before their first session
  • Stop immediately if a participant reports chest pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath beyond normal exertion
  • Keep a first aid kit and emergency contact information on site
  • This guidance supports, but does not replace, your qualifications, insurance requirements or venue policies
